С 30 ноября по 6 декабря в отношении кировчан было совершено 42 преступления с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий, в итоге причиненный материальный ущерб составил более 10 миллионов 170 тысяч рублей. Об этом рассказали в УМВД России по Кировской области.
22 преступления были совершены под предлогом спасения денежных средств и перевода их на безопасный, резервный счет либо под видом разоблачения недобросовестного сотрудника банка, который совершает махинации со счетом потерпевшего. Мошенники сообщали, что кто-то пытается оформить кредит и предлагали «с того конца провода» срочно спасти сбережения и счет.
12 преступлений были совершены при использовании преступниками интернет-сайтов объявлений или социальных сетей. В 7 из 12 случаев объявления размещались потерпевшими. Два хищения были совершены под предлогом получения денежных средств в долг со взломанной страницы пользователя социальной сети.
Еще одно преступление было совершено под предлогом получения компенсации от пенсионного фонда. Жительнице города Кирова в социальной сети поступило сообщение со страницы-копии знакомой. Потерпевшая, поверив в возможность получения денежных средств и не подозревая о том, что ведет переписку с преступником, сообщила реквизиты своей банковской карты и одноразовые коды-пароли, после чего со счета ее банковской карты были списаны денежные средства.
Для сравнения, в первую неделю ноября текущего года дистанционные мошенники обманули кировчан на гораздую меньшую сумму: тогда ущерб за неделю составил 5 миллионов рублей. Методы обманщиков являлись теми же.
