Инвалид с тяжелым аутоиммунным заболеванием больше трех месяцев вынуждена ходить пешком с 9-го этажа из-за неработающего лифта. В доме проводится замена лифта по программе капремонта.
С этой проблемой в ОНФ обратилась региональная общественная организация инвалидов, объединяющая больных рассеянным склерозом. У одной из подопечных организации возникли трудности с посещением оздоровительных мероприятий, так как лифт в ее доме по ул. Солнечной, д. 31/1 не работает уже более трех месяцев. Чтобы просто пройтись по улице, этой женщине средних лет приходится останавливаться через каждые 500 метров. А подъем на 9 этаж для нее и вовсе пытка. Женщина вынуждена ограничить свои передвижения, но у неё есть собака, которую в любом случае нужно выгуливать 2 раза в день.
Согласно данным сайта госзакупок и проекту контракта (оригинал договора не опубликован), лифты в доме меняются по программе капремонта. Работы должны были завершиться еще 18 октября. Сейчас конструкция лифта уже заменена на новую, но он еще не введен в эксплуатацию. В подъезде не убраны мешки со строительными материалами.
По словам жильцов дома, к ним приезжала комиссия, но о сроках запуска лифта в работу жильцам не сообщили, объявлений в подъезде тоже нет. Соседнему дому по адресу ул. Солнечная, 31 повезло больше – там работы начались позже и уже закончились, лифт работает.
«Процесс ввода лифта в эксплуатацию после замены достаточно длительный. Должна пройти оценка соответствия лифта, пройден контрольный осмотр представителями Ростехнадзора и принято решение о вводе лифта в эксплуатацию с оформлением соответствующего акта. Но все эти этапы должны учитываться при определении срока выполнения работ по контракту. Фонд капитального ремонта неоднократно обещал наладить работу с подрядчиками, но мы видим, что пока процесс не налажен. Итог – страдают пожилые люди, инвалиды, семьи с детьми, которых в этом доме очень много», — прокомментировал ситуацию член регионального штаба ОНФ Дмитрий Сергеев.
По данному факту активисты ОНФ направили обращение в Фонд капитального ремонта с просьбой активизировать работу по вводу лифта в эксплуатацию и проинформировать жильцов о сроках завершения работ.
